This honor acknowledges our role as a responsible corporate citizen and our commitment to caring for society, our employees, and the environment.

On our journey of technological innovation, we remain committed to environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG). Our exceptional efforts in ESG practices have been recognized by the Startup and SME Resource Centre at the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, earning us the “Outstanding SME ESG and Business Performance Award.”

This accolade affirms Novautek Autonomous Driving’s achievements in sustainable development and highlights our dedication to integrating ESG principles into the advancement of AI and autonomous driving technologies.

The Group remains dedicated to fostering positive change within our community, with a focus on supporting vulnerable groups. Recognizing the importance of assisting individuals with disabilities, during the Reporting Period, we made a charitable donation to support local non-governmental organisations, such as Hong Kong Rehabilitation Power (香港復康力量). This contribution supported services and activities for people with disabilities, furthering our commitment to enhancing community well-being and inclusivity.

Novautek Autonomous Driving Limited, a subsidiary of the Group, was awarded the "Hong Kong Green Awards 2025 – Innovative Initiative Award (SME) — BEST APPROACH" by the Green Council on November 28, 2025, in recognition of its outstanding contributions to the field of green innovation.
